A cherished member of the Seneca community for 38 years, Janice Hagan – a dedicated colleague, friend, and relentless champion of Seneca support staff – will be hugely missed.
Janice was the support staff union president for 17 years. Prior to that, she had a wide range of support staff roles. Perhaps her most cherished position was Learning Centre Support Officer because it meant she worked closely with our students.
OPSEU Locals 561, 560 and the Seneca community have set up this bursary in memory of Janice. Her enduring legacy will give students in need the opportunity to complete their education, which was so important to her.
